Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 3 days after you have received your order. If 3 days have gone by since you received your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Most garments sell very quickly so if you are wanting an exchange for the same product please be aware it may be sold out . If garment is sold out then a refund or credit note for another product will be issued.

All returns MUST be emailed with a screen shot of your order and why you want to return and u will be provided with a return postal address. We are traveling around Australia therefor our return address varies from week to week.  If you are suitable for a refund or exchange please allow 5 business days to process.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Due to us travelling on the road I generally post most items daily but our set post days are Mondays & Thursdays. 


We are a family run business, we have two children and are currently travelling around Australia. We work very hard to create magical and special items that you and your family will truly love, so please know when you buy from oak meadow kids you are supporting our family and our hard efforts to create unique, one of a kind garments.
